1. What exactly do you offer?
We create short-form content for businesses — that means TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Shorts that are filmed, edited, and delivered ready to post. Our content is designed to boost your visibility, showcase your products or services, and connect with your target audience online.
2. Who is this service for?
We work with small to medium-sized businesses in Coventry and surrounding areas like Birmingham, Leicester, Warwick, and Southam. Whether you're a café, salon, clothing brand, or service provider — we’ll help you show up on the platforms people are watching.
3. Do you come to our business to film?
Yes! Our packages include in-person filming days. We come to your business to capture video content using professional mobile equipment. Depending on your package, we’ll either visit once a month and create all your content in one go, or split visits as needed.
4. How many videos do I get per month?
It depends on the package you choose. We offer 5 packages ranging from 1 video per week (4 per month) up to 5 videos per week (20 per month). Each video is edited and delivered ready to post.
5. Do you post the videos for us?
Yes — you have two options:

Media Takeover (We handle it all)
With this add-on, we log into your social media accounts and schedule or post all your content for you. We’ll take care of uploading the videos, writing the captions, adding relevant hashtags, tagging locations, and posting at the best times. You don’t have to lift a finger — just sit back and watch your brand grow.

Self-Post (You handle posting)
If you prefer more control, we’ll create all your content on our own device and email it to you ready to go. All you need to do is upload when you're ready.
Whichever option you choose, you’ll receive professional, scroll-stopping content designed to perform well on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
6. What happens in the Consultation meeting?
This is a relaxed, friendly strategy meeting where we learn about your business, your goals, and what kind of content you like. We’ll also look at your competitors and plan your first month’s content ideas so everything is aligned with your brand.
7. Can I cancel or change my package anytime?
Yes! We work on a flexible month-to-month basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. We don’t believe in locking you in — we’d rather keep you because you love the content!
